We may use personal details you give in order to provide you with a quotation, deal with your policy, or support the development of our business by including your home and motor details in customer surveys. We may make searches, via credit reference agencies, to check the accuracy of your information and to assist us with the assessment of your application and renewals. This information is also used to determine the terms on which we offer cover and to provide you with fair quotations. Searches will be recorded by the credit reference agencies. Fraud prevention, detection and claims history
